We'll discuss what's stopped you from moving forward before now - the real reasons - and how you can get past those. A glove to fit every hand

Whether you’re a grouchy old cow or a timid little bird, there are people out there who will be a good fit for your special brand of magic. And once you’ve got that vision nailed, practicalities like branding, SEO and content strategies literally sort themselves out.

The same process that we follow with your business, can easily be replicated in the work you do with your own clients but it’s often more helpful to do it with your own business first, so that you have a deep understanding of the logic.

Is this only for digital creatives and what are those anyway?

I use the term digital creatives to mean copywriters, social media managers, web designers, web developers and graphic designers; so people who are already working in the digital marketing space.

Creating great work for other people is a whole different proposition to creating great marketing for yourself and my programs are aimed at not only helping you understand how you can stand out from the crowd, but how you can do the same for your clients.

Although this package is created with digital creatives in mind, it would be suitable for people with a good understanding of the basics of digital marketing.

Why me? Why this?

That's a good question. You can't swing a cat on the internet without hitting some sort of digital marketing expert. I don't claim to be one of those, but I do know how much happier my clients have been after we've worked together, either on stand-alone coaching/strategy projects or full web design/copy projects.

I'm not the leading expert in any one area, but where my strength lies is in the combination of my skills and experience. I'm currently an SEO copywriter, web designer and small business marketing strategist and have been for seven years, but at the start of my working life, I was a money market trader, finance manager and then freelance bookkeeper - I really hated working with numbers, it just took me a while to figure that out. 

But mostly, I'm logical, compassionate and pretty good at spotting patterns, and I get a real kick out of taking the agony out of getting a small business operating in its sweet spot, because in my view, entrepreneurship is the solution to many of the world's problems. But that's a conversation for another day.

Why only a first draft?

The work we’ll do together will start you on a journey that will take more than a day or a week to complete and for most of that journey, you'll be walking alone. It’ll take some introspection, some research and some good old fashioned trial and error but I’ll give you some guidance before we part company, on what to do once you’re flying solo.

Behavioural psychologist Angela Duckworth, in an interview about her book Grit, said that in her view, happiness didn’t come from achieving goals, it came from the pursuit of goals that had meaning to you.
